toexee ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or use our design subscription service. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and company name when you create an account or subscribe.
Payment Information: Payment details are processed through Flutterwave and mobile money providers. We do not store your full payment card or mobile money PIN on our servers.
Design Content: Brand assets, logos, images, and design briefs you upload or share with us for completing your design requests.
Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, and interactions with our website. This is collected through standard analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve our design subscription service.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To communicate with you about your account, design requests, and service updates.
To send occasional marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
To analyze usage patterns and improve our website experience.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Flutterwave, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you pay via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money, the transaction is handled directly between you and the mobile money provider. We receive confirmation of payment but do not have access to your mobile money PIN or full account details. Bank transfer details are used solely for payment verification and are not stored beyond what is necessary for record-keeping.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and restricted access to personal data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and design files for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow you to download your files and reactivate if desired. After 90 days, your design files and account data are permanently deleted. Payment records are retained for the period required by Ugandan tax and financial regulations (typically 6 years).

6. Your Rights

Under the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
Lodge a complaint with the Uganda Personal Data Protection Office if you believe your rights have been violated.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as social media platforms, payment processors, or analytics tools). We use the following third-party services: Flutterwave (payments), Bunny Fonts (web fonts), and standard web analytics.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
